John Elden Gibbons is the grandson of the writer and actor Euell Gibbons of Grape-Nuts cereal fame. John first appeared on a cereal commercial with his grandfather. “Welcome to Rockbottom” is a stand-alone pilot-style short film. Stan and Betty Rockbottom are characters created by John and Teresa Gibbons for their paper log (Plog /FanZine – “Rockbottom Tattler”: 3000 units circulated to date).

John has a lot of experience to draw upon: he has held a variety of jobs such as teaching, instructing outdoor skills, primitive bushcraft skills, wild food gathering (Wild Crafting)., Import/Export, writing, and construction. John’s past duties included a position as a personal protection trainer for NYS OCFS and Juvenal Offender Wilderness Aid (guide/trainer). John is a US Navy vet.,

Teresa S. Landry has spent 30 years in the fitness industry. Before that, she was a competitive figure skater and dancer ( ballet, jazz, Middle Eastern dance, modern dance, Spanish dance, and three years toward a BFA). All of this training has given her a somewhat unique approach to fitness, heavily influenced by the meticulous nature of barre exercises mixed with sports psychology and visualization techniques that were popularized in the 80s when she was a competitive athlete. 

Teresa is a fitness trainer, coach and videographer who has taught figure skating (freestyle, MIF, and ice dancing), dance, off-ice training, gymnastics (assistant coach), aerobics, stretching, and strength training. 

In addition to overall wellness, Teresa’s personal and professional interests branch into writing, acting, documentary filmmaking, podcasting, homesteading, homeschooling, local-based equitable solutions, transcendental spirituality.
