Oftentimes when ministers accept their calling they are given little to no training. Either our churches are unequipped or uninterested in helping young ministers sharpen their skills. We are either told to "go to Seminary" or "The Lord will help you." While both can be true neither are the answer for many. This podcast is designed to help new preachers understand the basics of ministry and help them navigate the complex organism call "The church"
