Welcome to the Connors & Ferris High School Sports Show, a talk show in theRochester area that covers Section V sports in Rochester, New York. The show can be heardlive every Saturday at 10am on the ROC Sports NOW Youtube page.The show features interviews with coaches and players, previews and highlights the biggest games each season and honors "Athletes of the Week." It also tackles the issues facing teenage athletes, such as proper nutrition and recovery from injury and how to balance academics and athletics.Since 2003, more than 2,000 coaches and athletes have been on the show.
