Dr. Rick J. Arrowood is a distinguished leader with over three decades in nonprofit organizations and global leadership, holding positions in academia, organizational leadership, and consulting. He is a highly-respected faculty member at Northeastern University (Boston, MA, USA). He has taught global leadership on four continents and holds Visiting Professor appointments at Vietnam National International University (Ho Chi Minh City, VN) and Swinburne University (Melbourne, Victoria, Australia).  Additionally, Dr. Arrowood founded LEAP Forward Institute and The Leader Brew Podcast to provide an online platform for leadership scholars.  He holds a Doctorate of Law and Policy from Northeastern University (Boston, MA, USA), a Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law (Andover, MA, USA), and a Bachelors in Human Resource Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University (West Palm Beach, FL, USA). 

Leslie Hitch has taught leadership, change management, and higher education administration at Northeastern University and Swinburne University of Technology as well as William James College and Clark University. Her primary teaching and research has been in transnational education and leadership.. She taught both online and on ground and has significant experience in curriculum development and course design. She has international teaching experience in Australia, Vietnam and Hong Kong. She consulted to several colleges and universities and has been a reviewer for NECHE applicants in Jamaica and Lebanon. She was lead faculty for a Northeastern University professional development program in adult and organizational learning for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Dr. Hitch retired from full-time teaching in August 2021.

Dr. Ifa Khan is a faculty member in the Master of Science in Leadership. She is a Lead Faculty in University of Phoenix for Global Leadership Program. Dr.Khan also serves as guest speaker in Pakistan and Dubai at academic and Training for Professional forums. Her interests are focused on Leadership Training and Development in general, and Global Leadership in particular. Dr. Khan has experience in teaching Blended, Online and On-ground format. She has been serving at Institutions of higher education from last 25 years.
