Good morning ladies!! In today's episode I teach you a simple process for getting over a fight with your partner. Obvi this is what you would do INSTEAD of using wine to numb out your anger, hurt feelings, or resentment. As much as our brain lurves to tell us that's a good idea after a fight, it really robs us of deeper awareness of ourselves AND the opportunity to LOVE ourselves, SEE ourselves, and create new healthier patterns of communication with the people we love the most.
