How life can completely change...with hearing just one sentence. Rev. Andrew Gardiner talks about what it is like to suddenly be diagnosed with cancer and, as a Baptist Minister, how the treatment can so change the individual's mood and attitudes. A very special episode featuring a 2017 recording of Andrew Gardiner (of Hope Baptist Church in Plymouth) talking to John Cheek at Flame CCR.
Andrew explains the origin of the lovely track "true identity" he wrote during his cancer treatment. John Daniels has adopted this track as his theme tune for these programmes. The programme ends on a sad note acknowledging Andrew's death in March 2018. Andrew is home with The Lord but his memory lives on with his music.
