024: How To Deal With The Death of a Loved One With Carmella B’Hahn
After recently losing my mother, I am very grateful to have sat down with my dear friend Carmella B’Hahn who is an author, Bereavement Counsellor, Heartfull Relationship Coach and workshop facilitator with 37 years of experience in the field of personal development and self-awareness. Carmella has extensive experience with loss and grieving, which includes: the sudden death of her young son and subsequent miscarriages; 22 years of counselling others through loss; consulting and facilitation for the Inner Resilience Project in New York City following the World Trade Centre attacks and author of two books on thriving through grief and relating consciously to death and adversity.
In this tender episode, we discuss how we can be with pain in different areas of our life to bring more consciousness. How can we thrive through grief and relate to it consciously? Where do we go after death? We look at the possibility of where we go after death and the beyond, and the endless cycle of life-death-life.
