Authentic Ecstasy
Wild, deeply soft, and untameable are all ways we can begin to describe the deep feminine nature we all hold within us. Host Elisabeth Serra has been creating spaces for women and men to embody this deep nature, and bridge the disconnection between the material and the spiritual; so that we can once again experience the sacred union of embodied consciousness. Dive deep into the river of wisdom and begin your own journey of self expansion into the intimate freedom that you already are.

The Lost Art of Being Human | A Conversation on Humanity, Mystery & Meaning
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if the path back to yourself is not about becoming someone new but remembering what has always been here?
In this episode of the Authentic Ecstasy Podcast, Elisabeth Serra sits down with mystic, writer, poet, and teacher Kai Sublime for a rich and soulful conversation on consciousness, love, embodiment, and the mystery of being alive.
Together they explore the question:
How do we return to ourselves?
From Sufi mysticism to the wisdom of the body, from the metaphor of the river meeting the ocean to the journey of the seed becoming a flower, this conversation weaves spirituality, intimacy, poetry, and lived experience into a deeply human exploration of what it means to walk a conscious path.
Together they explore:
– Why the body is our deepest compass
– The difference between talking about love and experiencing it
– Sufism, mysticism, and the journey back to Source
– The metaphor of the river dissolving into the ocean
– Why we fear love and long for it at the same time
– How relationships reveal our wounds and invite us into deeper freedom
– The wisdom hidden inside emotional triggers
– The importance of embodiment, writing, movement, and self-inquiry
– What it means to live from the soul rather than from identity
This is not a conversation about spirituality as an idea.
It is an invitation to feel it.
To return to the body.
To listen more deeply.
To trust the unfolding of your own unique path.
A tender, poetic, and thought-provoking dialogue between two souls exploring the mystery of life from the inside out.
