Mom Nom – Snackable Content for Moms

We know you’re busy. That’s why we created this space to share stories of real mom successes, failures, challenges, and hacks - in under 15 minutes per episode. Our mission is to create snackable content that invites women to participate in validating, inspiring, and encouraging other moms as we embrace the chaos together.

Tia Gerdsen is a full-time AVP, an activist, and a member of the worship team at her church. She’s passionate about social justice, raising effective awareness about human trafficking, and empowering women. She lives in Lafayette, Louisiana with her husband and 4-year-old (going on 14) daughter, Adeline. Tia’s favorite color is glitter and she loves using her creativity to inspire others. She is a dog lover but learning to love cats as well. She has a cat named Beignet who loves to play with the other neighbor cats, Maple, Waffles, Cheerio, and Toast. It’s a breakfast buffet of cats!
