the denmother podcast
A podcast about all things motherhood: the gross, the hilarious, the infuriating. We learn from each other, because after all, momming is more fun when we do it together. Hosted by your newest mom friend, the denmother herself, Kyriaki.

I know so many moms who feel unfulfilled creatively, yet for one reason or another they have the very important task of being the default parent at this stage in life. Many want to create, some just want to earn an income from home. Well, the world of Voice Over Acting may be the solution to both.
Today, on a brand new episode of the denmother podcast, Amber Faith joins us to give us the inside scoop on breaking into the VO world.
Amber Faith began her Voice Acting career by accident when a producer had her step in for an actress who couldn't make it to the studio. Amber continued acting both on camera as well as voice, eventually landing in the VO world permanently. If you listen closely, you can hear Amber’s beautiful voice on numerous documentaries, audiobooks, animations, and most recently, a Coors Light Campaign for both TV and Radio among many other projects. When she’s not acting, casting or directing projects, Amber donates her time reading books to children in schools as well as volunteering for parents of children with cancer. And of course, she’s also a mom.
You can learn more about Amber on her website.
Or reach out to her through her Instagram.
Amber also mentioned a few resources on this episode such as ACX and Voice Masters.
