After years of working in the fertility field, Joy Millan felt called to create her own agency, one that honors the extraordinary gift of surrogacy and ensures every journey is approached with dignity, respect, and care. A defining moment came in 2016 while Joy was advising international intended parents during a surrogacy journey. After witnessing a surrogate walk alone in her recovery following birth, Joy made a promise that no surrogate should ever face her journey alone. That belief became the foundation of her agency, Joy of Life. Joy is also a mom of two, herself.
Also on this episode is Tia Calderon. Tia is a three-time surrogate and proud mother of three who now serves as the Marketing Director at Joy of Life Surrogacy. After experiencing the surrogacy journey firsthand, Tia felt called to support other women considering this life-changing path.
