My guest today, Allan Friedman, is a member of the Wits & Weights community and a one-on-one coaching client of mine who has gone through his own physical and mental transformation during our time together. Allan Friedman was a School Psychologist for over 30 years, skilled in Developmental Psychology, School Psychology, and Mindfulness Training. In the fitness industry, he loved being a Spinning® Instructor for over 12 years. He maintains a Yoga Instructor Certification with additional certification in Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
