A product of Epirus, Nick has set foot on over 40 countries in his travels, in part thanks to having held several management positions within the aviation industry. He is a keen promoter of all things Greek with a deep love for the cultural and historical impact that our collective culture has made. Nick’s hunger to understand and ask deeper questions is only outdone by his genuine commitment to telling people’s stories.
A former journalist, Tom is a first generation Greek-Australian whose family hails from the island of Corfu (Kerkyra). A background in music coupled with his time in both the mainstream media and media relations for some of Australia’s most recognised brands, makes the Ouzo Talk podcast a genuine labour of love for this proud Greek.

Stephen Fry is probably the world’s most renowned Philhellene! He is among many things, an English actor, screenwriter, author, playwright, journalist, poet, comedian, television presenter and film director (just to name a few), who has been entertaining international audiences for decades through his roles in tv shows such as ‘Blackadder’, ‘A Bit Of Fry And Laurie’ and ‘Jeeves And Wooster’ alongside his good friend Hugh Laurie. He’s played Oscar Wilde in the film ‘Wilde’, and is considered by many, to be the voice of the ‘Harry Potter’ stories, having recorded all the audiobooks for the hugely successful franchise. He hosted ‘QI’ for 12 years, is a high profile advocate for the return of the Parthenon Marbles, and since 2017, his Greek mythological retellings in books including ‘Mythos’, ‘Heroes’, ‘Troy’ and now most recently, Odyssey, have become an international phenomenon.
