11. Grieving A Loss
Most of us avoid thinking about losing a loved one at all costs. We feel that if we never think about it, then it can't happen to us. People also have a tendency to avoid those who've had a recent loss simply because they may not know what to say. Whatever the case, without their realizing it, their actions isolate those they are avoiding, making the severity of their friend's or family member's grieving all the worse.

In this podcast episode, you will hear the testimony of Jimmy Thrasher who lost his late wife of twenty-five years and then lost both parents two weeks apart eight years later. Jimmy knows the grieving process all too well and grief support has become a large part of his Ministry, along with his now-wife Melissa.
