158. Hairy, Holy, and Unapologetic: How Growing Out My Body Hair Taught Me Radical Self-Love
In this deeply personal episode, I share how growing out my body hair became an unexpected gateway to radical self-love, body neutrality, and freedom in my gender expression. What started as a quiet rebellion against beauty standards turned into a powerful journey of healing—one that’s made me a better coach, a more present mom, and a woman who leads from embodied truth.
We talk about why body goals aren’t the enemy—but they also aren’t the answer. In this episode, I explore what it means to love your body without obsessing over it, and why letting go of the need to be “polished” cracked me open in the best way. This episode is for anyone who’s tired of performing, curious about embodiment, and ready to meet themselves more fully—hair, humanity, and all.
