Dick Ulett aka. Tom Marshall started in radio in 1966. Over the next two decades he worked at seven different stations using his own name and leaving the airname of Tom Marshall behind. Ten years into his career he built a recording studio in the basement of his home, which evolved into Clayton Studios which is located on Big Bend.
