Adam has 16+ years of diverse capital markets experience consulting with Investment Banks, Hedge Funds and a global derivatives exchange. He has also served 10+ years of board service- as both Treasurer and President for his Hamilton Heights condominium significantly improving the health of the building during his tenure. While Adam is happy to work in any part of Manhattan, he has built a real estate advisory practice primarily focusing on the Upper West Side and Upper Manhattan.

Mark Becker was born in Montreal and grew up in New York and Northern California before attending the University of Washington. 

His love of Manhattan inspired him to pursue a career in real estate. He is fascinated by the city’s beautiful architecture and the lengths people will go to make NYC their home. After deciding to become an agent, he spent 3 years working at a real estate firm before making the move to Elegran. On his very first listing, Mark was able to get 5% over ask, all while helping his client find a new home for 5% under their budget. That first client remains a friend to this day.

Mark’s approach to finding his clients the right home starts by learning their “must haves” and determining how he can fit those into their budget. He always aims to ensure that his clients are as relaxed as possible, offering them the guidance they need to make the right choice. Mark always puts his client's needs before his own.

Robert was born in Queens and raised on the West Coast. He grew up in Southern California before moving to Northern California for college, where he earned a BA in English from the University of California, Berkeley.

He began his career with Wells Fargo, where he worked in credit card operations and information systems. He moved to New York to work as a software applications trainer and developer because he was passionate about helping people learn how to use technology. He earned his master's degree in educational communication and technology from NYU Steinhardt.

Robert looks forward to helping people move into a home where they can realize the life they envision living in Manhattan, while obtaining an optimal return on their real estate investment. His eagerness to advise people in navigating through a complex process is what compels him to work in real estate.
