Learning Paths is a CAREER SHOW for students, professionals and job seekers in India ..................to help them SHARPEN THEIR SAW and make informed CAREER choices as they navigate college or corporate life.

Alternating between talks and interviews, the show attempts to shine spotlight on topics around CAREER and LIFE that are of paramount importance to millennials.

Though this show, we want to INSPIRE, ENABLE and EMPOWER millennials, especially those from tier 3 and tier 4 cities of India. We hope they take up sustainable opportunities that are inline with their aptitudes and attitudes, so that they are financially independent and are ABLE to choose their work without location/geography limiting their chances.

Host Usha talks on topics ranging from tools, technologies, resources, best practices, side hustles, interview experiences and everything around them. She interviews some of the most inspiring students, professionals and entrepreneurs from around us so that millennials can identify with them and muster courage to take steps towards career options that they love.

Usha Ramani Vemuru

Usha is a tech entrepreneur.

Her learning path started out as an assistant professor in an engineering college, teaching the subjects of electronics and computer sciences. After gaining 8 years of experience, she went on to don the role of a freelance instructional designer, creating courses for public sector banks and engineering courses, for about four years.

She went on to start her ed-tech company GURUJADA, providing software solutions and services in ed-tech industry.
Alongside her passion to work with students kept on and she also volunteered to be GDG and WTM organiser in Vizag. This enabled her to closely work with a number of developer communities across India.

She is passionate about helping students and early career professionals with resources, tools and technologies and loves to facilitate discussions around the same.
