We will discuss recipes, cooking gadgets, cooking appliances, special mats, and multiple health issues that makes arthritis worse. We will have quests that are from medial doctors to therapist all focus on arthritis; diagnosis, symptoms, pain control, physical therapy and the mental toll on people.
