In this episode, I’m joined by guest Dr. Michelle Tubman; emergency physician by day, weight loss coach by night.
In this episode we chat about how important it is to "feel your feelings" and Michelle reminds us that anxiety, depression or panic is just the body's biological, protective response and that "you are not broken".
She chats openly about her own journey and struggles and shares some great coping strategies that help her cope with such an anxiety-provoking job.
