Coffee connoisseur & creative, Ethan Hoover, hails from Southern New Jersey and is passionate about creating conversations around themes that encompass the integration of faith & life. Ethan is a graduate of Regent University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing. Before working in ministry, Ethan worked in the marketing industry for entities based in Virginia Beach and Nashville. Now, Ethan is the Creative Director at Landmark Church, owner of a wedding videography company called Chase & Fellow, and co-owner of a web design company called Polymer that he owns with his brother, Blair.

Ethan, known as a springboard for ideas, loves being challenged to grow in all aspects of his life. He's an aspiring author, soon-to-be husband (to his fiancé, Sage), and crypto enthusiast.

Matthew Maher is an author, speaker, pastor, and social influencer. He has been on the soccer field as a pro and behind the prison wall as a con. He is currently the president of soldiers for faith ministries, as well as the teaching pastor at Coastal Christian Ocean City. Matthew and his beautiful wife, Sarah, reside in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ.
