Hello everyone, and welcome back for another episode of the Outdoor Adventure Series Podcast. The Outdoor Adventure Series celebrates individuals & families, businesses, and organizations that seek out and promote the exploration of the great outdoors.

Our guest today is Ruth Hoyt.

Ruth is a Naturalist, an Award-winning Nature Photographer, and Owner of Photo Bound Tours. She is based in Deep South Texas, and specializes in teaching bird and nature photography. She works with Texas photo ranches as a guide, workshop leader, and consultant.

Ruth has led tours and workshops for various companies such as Kodak and agencies such as the National Parks system. She also has many Exhibitions, Photo Credits, and Photo Competitions to her credit.

Ruth is a long-time active member of OWAA (Outdoor Writers Association of America) and currently serves on the Board of Directors. Her Committee work includes support for the Photography and Excellence In Craft competition sections. She also maintains memberships in Texas and the United States with various nature, conservation and photography organizations.
