Pooja Babbrah, MBA

Pooja Babbrah is a healthcare technology, policy, and standards expert with nearly 30 years of experience leading product and strategy teams. As Executive Vice President of Strategy & Industry Alignment at NCPDP, Pooja works to strengthen relationships with industry stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and standards development organizations to advance pharmacy initiatives and improve patient outcomes.


Pooja is an experienced collaborator with agencies like HHS, ONC, CMS, and FDA. She has testified before the U.S. Senate on drug price transparency and served as a subject matter expert on ASTP’s Health IT Advisory Committee. Pooja co-chairs The Sequoia Project’s Interoperability Matters Pharmacy Workgroup, sits on the Water1st International Advisory Board, and is a published author in JAPhA.


Babbrah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration.

Whitney Ellington

With a background in maternal, fetal, and neonatal medicine, Whitney brings a medical perspective to NCPDP. She has several leadership roles within NCPDP including Emerging Professionals, Women’s Leadership Initiative, liaison for subcommittees under the Strategic Planning Committee, and oversight of NCPDP’s marketing, communications, and member experience teams. Whitney also currently oversees the work of the NCPDP Foundation including daily operations, committees, marketing initiatives, grants, and research findings. 


Whitney has received several awards and accolades including President’s List for 7 consecutive quarters, Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society membership, and NSLS level 1 and 2 certifications.


Whitney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is currently a Graduate student in pursuit of a Master of Public Health degree.

 Kim Boyd is a Principal on Leavitt Partners’ digital health team with more than two decades of experience in health care policy, advocacy, interoperability and innovation. She previously held leadership roles at McKesson/CoverMyMeds and NCPDP, where she helped advance health care technology adoption and standards development. Kim serves on the NCPDP Board of Trustees and chairs its Strategic Planning Committee and Value-Based Arrangement Subcommittee, with expertise spanning pharmacy practice transformation, health IT, policy and NCPDP standards.
