In this episode of The Awareness Podcast, Jody Agard offers a gentle guided meditation rooted in non-dual understanding, inviting you to explore the difference between what changes… and what remains.

From the moment we wake up, the mind begins to label experience:
“I feel tired.”
“I feel anxious.”
“I feel good.”

Moods shift.
Energy rises and falls.
Thoughts come and go.
And almost instantly, we take it personally.
But what if you are not your mood?

Through spacious pauses and simple guidance, this meditation opens a quiet space to notice that all experiences — emotions, sensations, and thoughts — are constantly moving. And yet something here is aware of it all. That awareness does not change.

Moods will come and go.
The body will feel different from moment to moment.
Life will continue to unfold.
But what you are…
remains unchanged.
This episode is an invitation to rest as that.

✨ Another way to go deeper…
