So often, we believe peace requires silence, space, or stepping away from the noise of everyday life. But what if the stillness you’re seeking has never been disturbed?
In this meditation, you’ll be gently guided to:
- Notice the presence that exists before thought
- Recognize the silence that remains even when the mind is active
- Release the need to “get meditation right”
- Rest as the awareness, the eternal I AM that is already here

This is the essence of non-dual meditation, by simply discovering that what you are is never touched by the noise.
