Hello! My name is Canena Adams! I am a mother of 5 (to some amazingly dope children), and I am a wife of 20 years to my best friend/the most amazing man I know! I have worn/wear many hats (from Stay-at-Home Mom to Business Owner, Nonprofit Founder/Director, Adjunct College Professor, Author, Communications Coordinator for the University of Tennessee, Public Speaker, Woman of Faith and More). But with all that, there were times in my life when I felt STUCK! But, She's UP!One of the things that I am most passionate about is effective, organic, healthy conversations & communication! As someone who was deemed as the trailblazer in my family, being able to navigate in various places and spaces is something I've had to Master! Meaning, I had to pull up my boot straps and "GET UP" and BE everything I was created to be in all areas of life! And guess what? She's UP! Join me for some amazing talks!
