Hello! My name is Canena Adams! I am a mother of 5 (to some amazingly dope children), and I am a wife of 20 years to my best friend/the most amazing man I know! I have worn/wear many hats (from Stay-at-Home Mom to Business Owner, Nonprofit Founder/Director, Adjunct College Professor, Author, Communications Coordinator for the University of Tennessee, Public Speaker, Woman of Faith and More). But with all that, there were times in my life when I felt STUCK! But, She's UP!One of the things that I am most passionate about is effective, organic, healthy conversations & communication! As someone who was deemed as the trailblazer in my family, being able to navigate in various places and spaces is something I've had to Master! Meaning, I had to pull up my boot straps and "GET UP" and BE everything I was created to be in all areas of life! And guess what? She's UP! Join me for some amazing talks! And, you may find out that we do not view and/or see the world the same, and that's ok! But, what we can do is: listen, learn, and possibly see the world through a different set of lens!
