Table Talk

My wife and I want to share our experience as church leaders, and the trauma that we encountered and experienced over multiple years. Our goal is to have a transparent conversation at our kitchen table about how church trauma impacted our entire family, and the things we could of done differently. This is our story and as professionals in mental health and wellness we hope to help individuals and families use their stories to help others.
