The kids are almost done with school, and I’m feeling all of it.

I’ve always been painfully aware of how fleeting time is, especially as a mom. I’ve tried so hard to soak it all in—to be present for the field trips, the drop-offs, the little moments, the everyday routines. But the heartbreaking thing about time is… even when you’re fully there for it, it still moves fast.

And it got me thinking about how many women spend years of their lives waiting. Waiting to lose weight. Waiting to feel confident. Waiting to like their body enough to fully be in the picture, go to the pool, wear the shorts, or stop criticizing themselves long enough to enjoy their life.

Meanwhile, life is happening.

In this episode, I’m talking about the bittersweetness of motherhood, the grief that comes with watching your children grow up, and the way body image can quietly steal moments we can never get back.

Because one day, our kids won’t remember what size we were.
They’ll remember whether we were there.

And time doesn’t wait for us to finally love ourselves.
