forgot it was a Monday and just listened to the show. My big takeaway is and I do this for my own net worth calculation I feel my home equity is not something to be counted in net worth since I plan on being in it for a while. I feel when people put it in there it becomes a overinflated balance sheet. Doesn’t provide the true present snap shot CFRP
