Have you ever walked into a room and felt overwhelmed by all the energy around you? Or listened to a friend who’s hurting and it completely changed your mood? Does watching upsetting news stories deeply affect you?

If so, you might be an Empath.

An Empath is a person highly attuned to the feelings and emotions of those around them. Empaths FEEL what others are feeling at a deep emotional level. 

Being sensitive and intuitive is an amazing gift, because you’re able to understand people on a deeper level. However, absorbing too much of the energy around you can cause high levels of stress, anxiety, and burnout if you don’t protect yourself and replenish your energy.

My guest on this episode, Robin Fitzsimons, is an intuitive, spiritual teacher, and certified holistic life coach who works with Empaths to help them learn coping skills to manage their sensitivities and avoid overwhelm.
