Speaker 1:

Hello. My name is Tarara. When we are trying out for a team or auditioning for a show, it can be really exciting, but also a little nerve wracking. Just remember that is extra energy in your belly and whatever you name, the energy is how you will feel so to help ensure that you will have your best tryout or audition. Let's do some visualization. That's a form of mindfulness to help give you that mental stamina to do really well. Go ahead and get comfortable. And when you're ready, close your eyes or rest your gaze on the floor below you. And let us take long, slow, deep breath in through our nose and gently release that breath out your mouth. And let's bring your awareness to your face, to the area between your eyebrows. Allow that area to soften and allow the softness to spread across your forehead, down the sides of your head down your temples, soften the corners of your eye eyes. Move that softness down along your cheekbones, soften the corners of your mouth. Your chin allow that softness to spread up your jaw to the corners of, of your ears. Allow the softness, Bring your awareness to how your body breathes for you naturally. Do you breathe in and out of your nose in and out of your mouth or a combination of the two become aware of how you are given this life each and every day, without having to ask, Watch your breath for a few moments, We are going to ask ourselves some questions that we are going to quietly answer in our mind. What would be your best tryout or audition? What would it look like? Who would be there? What is the weather? What steps do you need to take to have a perfect tryout or audition? Where do you need to place your energy for this next phase of your journey? Visualize in your mind that perfect pass catch, hit note, fancy footwork stroke. How does that make your heart feel? Knowing that you have made that perfect play catch pass note, hit fancy footwork. Feel that feeling in your heart. Let us bring to mind three positive at formations that you will repeat over and over again with each inhale and exhale silently in your mind. I am capable. I am talented. I am skilled. I am capable. I am talented. I am skilled. Let us take a long, slow, deep breath in together through our nose and release, become aware of your surroundings, wiggle your fingers and your toes. And when you're ready, open your eyes, you are very capable, skilled, and talented. Repeat that to yourself throughout the day as you need it.
