Allow yourself some quiet time to feel calm and safe as you tap into your heart and find peace.

Listen to these words as they drift through you like a soft breeze.

I grant myself kindness to grow in my own way.

Good things take time.

Just like a flower reaching for the sun, I grow little by little.

I take care of myself with kindness, just as the sun and rain help a flower bloom.

Each time I listen to my needs with kindness, I grow a little more.

I give myself time because I am already enough.

But right now, I pause, and just breathe.

I feel my body breathing for me.

I notice my breath—soft and steady.

I bring my awareness to my body and my breath.

I take a deep breath in through my nose…and exhale slowly out of my mouth.

I breathe in kindness…and I breathe out worry.

I continue to breathe naturally, whatever that means to me.

I notice the breath coming in and out. How does my body breathe for me? In and out of my nose? In and out of my mouth? Or both? I feel and notice.

I feel my breath gently filling my body, like a soft wave.

With each breath, I feel calmer and more at peace.

My breath holds kindness and care for me in this moment.

I breathe in kindness and give myself patience.

It is safe to be me.

I am enough, just as I am.

I am learning and growing every day.

I am safe.

I am loved.

Imagine a warm, golden light shining on your face.

Let the light wrap around you like a soft, gentle hug.

It surrounds you, filling you with love and kindness.

I am growing in my own time, just like a flower reaching for the sun.

I am growing in my own time, and that is just right for me.

I trust myself to grow when I am ready.

I feel the warmth of the light on my face.

I feel safe, wrapped in its glow.

I let kindness fill my heart.

I take a deep breath in through my nose… and slowly exhale through my mouth.

I will be kind to myself today.

I let the warmth stay with me, and I carry kindness in my heart.
