There are so many fun things to learn in the world.

We’re each curious about different things — and that’s what makes us special.

When we ask questions or try something new, we grow and learn.

Curiosity helps us explore the world in our own unique way.

Let’s take a quiet moment to wonder together.

Now, let’s get still and notice how our body is feeling.

Find a comfy spot — in a chair, on the floor, or even lying down.

Let your hands rest gently by your side or in your lap.

Close your eyes, or look softly at the floor or up at the sky.

Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose… and gently let it out through your mouth.

Again, breathe in deeply through your nose… and slowly out through your mouth.

Now just breathe normally. Let your body do the breathing for you.

Feel the air moving in and out.

Are you breathing through your nose?

Through your mouth?

Or maybe a little of both?

There’s no right or wrong — just notice.

Feel your breath.

Now let’s ask ourselves a few quiet questions — just in your mind.

What is something you’re curious about today?

What’s something you’d love to explore or learn more about?

What makes you want to ask “Why?” or “How?”

Let those questions float in like clouds.

Now bring your attention back to your breath.

Feel the air going in… and out.

Let’s bring a kind thought into your mind — something just for you:

“My questions help me learn new things.”

Say it silently as you breathe: “My questions help me learn new things.”

“My questions help me learn new things.”

Take one more slow, deep breath in… and let it out gently.

Curiosity is a gift. It helps you grow, explore, and discover the world around you.

Keep wondering. Keep learning. You are a curious and powerful learner.
