In this gentle guided mini meditation, children learn box breathing—a simple breathing exercise that helps them slow down, calm big feelings, and refocus. By imagining a glowing square and following a little light with their breath, kids practice a calming technique they can use anytime they feel worried, frustrated, overwhelmed, or simply need a moment to reset.
