In this episode, Run Breiter brings on Jakob Irwin aka "TheCulturalRunner" who can be found on TikTok and Instagra. Jakob, has been running hard since he's been 9 years old, which began as a form of early childhood therapy, to a lifetime of fulfillment and achievement. Jakob ran competitively in the high school level, followed by college, to now a USATF Masters Long Distance Runner. Jakob competes in roughly 30 races per year.
