Kettlebell training is a form of strength and power training for overall fitness or for enhancing athleticism. Their use can lead to some unique abilities to enhance overall work capacity, grip strength, and athleticism.
You could build an entire gym and spends thousands of dollars and still accomplish less than someone who knows what they're doing could get done with spending a few hundred bucks on a handful of kettlebells.
We've got a special guest in this podcast by the name of JP Penzkover. He's an RKC certified kettlebell coach and is well versed in all things strength and conditioning. As he's raising three young athletes in his home, he's relied almost entirely on kettlebell training as their "weight-room" and it's paying big dividends.
