I recently went to a restaurant where they served me a burnt grilled cheese sandwich. I'm not sure why they thought I would want to pay for and eat burnt toast, but it ended up in front of me on the table. Needless to say, I sent it back and they made me a new one. But it made me think, how often do we try to serve the people around burnt toast? How often are we dishing out our worst behaviour and hoping everyone around us will swallow it?
