In this episode, I sit down with Plant Based Chef and Raw Food Specialist Kaitlyn Kinder, the owner of Rooted in Raw based in California. Kaitlyn has been plant based for half of her life and knows a thing or two about being plant based! We talk about her journey creating her business, her experience going plant based as a teenager and how to make it easy to eat more raw foods in the kitchen. We talk about how eating plant based can be easier than you think and the benefits from eating raw, whole plant based foods. She also hosts wonderful raw food retreats throughout the year (which I've attended and talk about in this episode!)
