In which we are LIVE FROM HALLMARK HEADQUARTERS (sort of - the hotel nearby which we still think counts) and instead of rising to the challenge and recording our best work instead Holly forgets to plug in the microphone and it takes us several takes to get through the recording, thus continuing to set a low bar.
