Patriarch of the McGruder Clan in New Orleans, Louisiana. 


I have 25 years as an Administrator with the Louisiana State University Medical Center (LSUMC) School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. for the clinical department – Department of OB/GYN, retiring in August 2006.


I started working for the Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Inspector General (OIG) – Office of Disaster Assistance (ODA) in July 2007 through December 2009, as an Auditor responsible for Performance Audits of all SBA Programs to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse of SBA programs and policies. 


Education:

Southern University at New Orleans, graduating in 1985 with a Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Business Administration.

University of New Orleans, graduating with a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) in 1996.

 We Care About You, Incorporated (WCAY)  is currently funded through Ryan White Services and Resources (RWSR) to provide case management services( Medical Case Management, Non-Medical case Management, Medical Transportation, Health Models Plus, Emergency Financial Assistance, Housing Assistance and Food Bank for individuals living with HIV.
