It's the week of Christmas! Get festive listening to today's episode while I try to lift your holiday spirits! From ridiculous holiday movie plots, to my holiday music of choice, I'm jingle jangling all through the week.
With that said, I understand that the holidays are not always festive and fun for everyone. I talk about the not-so-happy feelings we may be experiencing. Whether you are feeling the empty space of a loved one or generally sad around the holidays, you are not alone. <3
And maybe you're like me and starting to feel the "pressure" of getting towards the end of the year, and I'm here to tell you it's ok to "be" and NOT worry about your to-do list. It's ok to read the book, watch the movie, take the nap - you are not defined by your productivity. Besides, don't we all deserve to rest given everything we've accomplished and gone through this year?
