Hey sis. I’m so glad we have this time together.


We all unintentionally hold onto things in our lives — out of habit or learned behavior. And often the things we are holding onto no longer serve us. Sometimes, those things limit our ability to create the lives we truly want.


So, I was thinking we could do an exercise that may help you gain some clarity. Think of this as a detox, something you can do after a stressful week, when you need to release negative energy, or want to refocus your heart and mind. All you will need is some paper, a pen, and your presence.


To begin, close your eyes, take a deep breath. Imagine what you want your life to look like.


How do you want to feel?

What practices will help you honor yourself?


As you reflect on these things, remain seated with your eyes closed for a few moments. 


[Short pause]

Then, slowly open them as you take out a piece of paper, and write down this phrase: "Today, I Am Inviting:".


Spend a few minutes writing about what you would like to create in your life, including one or two action steps you can take right now to bring you closer to what you’re creating. 


[Long pause]

Feel free to pause the track and come back when you’re ready.

Now that you’ve explored what you want to create, let’s look at what’s no longer serving you.


[Short pause]


Close your eyes once again and take another deep breath. Bring your attention inward. Are you seeing your beauty and power? If not, what's in the way? Are your relationships feeding your soul?


After sitting with your thoughts for a few moments, bring any insights with you as you slowly open your eyes once again. 


[Short pause]


Now, return to your sheet of paper and write down this phrase: “Today, I Am Releasing:”.


Take a few minutes to write down whatever insights came to you while doing this exercise. Again, pause the track if you need to.


[Long pause]


Life is a constant process of creating and releasing. And as we release the things we no longer need, we create space for what brings us joy — new experiences, new possibilities, healthier relationships, and more authentic expression. 


So, are you feeling empowered? That’s the power of manifestation. I can’t wait to see yours come to life.
