Hey you.

How are you feeling?

[shrug/phew]

Yea, I know.

It’s so easy to get caught up in who we should be,

that we don’t that we don’t create the space for who we want to be.

How about we start now?

Let’s try something new together.

An exercise to quiet the noise of today,

and prepare for tomorrow.

To explore who you are,

who you want to be,

and how we connect those two.

All you will need is a pen and paper,

This is your space.

No one can invade, judge, dictate, or dismiss it.

It’s alllll you, babygirl.

Let’s start by setting the mood.

Lay down. Go outside for some fresh air.

Take a bath. Light a candle.

Or, close your eyes and stretch.

Do whatever you need in this moment.

Now, start to reflect on your best qualities.

Write down anything that comes to mind when you’re ready.

What qualities make you smile?

What qualities ground you? Or give you confidence?

Take a deep breath in.

[Breathe in]

And slowly exhale.

[Breathe out]

When you’re ready, start to shift your focus to the person you will become.

How do you feel?

What values do you practice?

Do you see, and love yourself?

Did you see similarities, or differences, between who you are and who you will become?

I want you to carve out time to truly reflect on all the things that make you, you.

When you take these moments for yourself,

you embrace who you are and celebrate who you will become.

So go connect with yourself,

And be proud of the masterpiece staring back at you.
