How you feeling?

I’m so happy you made it this far.

I want to invite you to breathe, then repeat the following mantras after me. 

Breathe in. “I am valid.” 

Breathe out. “I am real.” 

Breathe in. “I live in my values.” 

Breathe out. “I’m unbothered.” 

Your experience is real.

Your truth is valid. 

And I know sometimes it may be hard to know how to move forward, 

Especially when you’re not always sure of the right answer. 

But please remember that no one else shares the same journey as you. 

I want you to see the beauty in carrying something so unique. 

Because you own your journey, you can do whatever you want. 

Follow your heart. 

Trust your instincts.
Be true to who you are.  

When you do that, you won’t only find the right way, 

But you’ll find your way.

And that’s what it's really about. 

Directing your own movie. 

Following the shots you call. 

Being in charge of your happy ending.   

And if you ever feel afraid to take charge. 

Start small. 

This is the perfect place for you to let loose and show your true side.

Your best side. 

Imagine what happens when you own your journey.
