The Bible tells us in Matthew 5:45 that, “He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.” So how can followers of Jesus Christ, stand strong and not become bitter, angry or depressed when life’s journey is riddled with detours and disappointments? One scriptural command that Jesus Christ told his disciples in Matthew 11:29, “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”My name is Sarah Morris and I am the host of Trust: Take His Yoke.
