The AI lists a few options and your clinic isn't on the list that patient. They're gone and they're booking with your competitor instead. Ai-driven searches aren't the future. They're here now and if you're not showing up in them, you're already losing patience without even realizing it.

If you're still banking solely on Google search or Google Maps, you're missing a massive opportunity. Patients are turning to AI for recommendations and if you're not in those results, you're invisible to them. Let's fix that. Here's the thing. Ai is changing how people discover local businesses, including clinics.
Speaker 1:Traditionally, we thought about search in two main buckets Google search, where someone types in chiropractor near me and clicks through to a website. Google maps, where they're looking for directions, reviews and contact info. But now we have a third player in the game AI-powered search tools like ChatGPT, perplexity, grok, gemini, bing, copilot and even AI Results inside Google itself. These tools don't just show a list of websites. They summarize answers, recommend providers and often pull in information from Google Maps, online reviews and your website, all without the searcher ever clicking through to your site. That means your visibility in AI recommendations isn't nice to have anymore. It's essential. Here's how it's playing out in real life.
Speaker 1:Let's say someone is dealing with recurring headaches. They might start with a simple Google search why do I keep getting headaches? That might lead them to a few blog posts, maybe a YouTube video, but then they hop into an AI tool and ask find a highly rated chiropractor near me who specializes in headache relief. That AI tool uses Google business profile data, reviews from Google and other sites, information from your website, especially if it's well optimized other online mentions of your clinic. From there it gives them three to five names. If yours isn't on that list, you've been filtered out before the patient even knew you existed. And here's the kicker this process often happens before they ever book. Patients are using a mix of searches Google search, google Maps, ai queries, review, site lookups. By the time they call. They've already been influenced by AI recommendations, whether you've been in those results or not.
