In this episode: Angela and Christ speak with Kristin Larson,  Director of Technical Services at Southwest Industrial Electric (SIE). Prior to coming to SIE she had spent years working for a non-profit tutoring center. There, she was equipped with skills in training people, sales, recruiting, and even finance, serving as a great platform to handle all the aspects that come with running SIE.  Larson tells us how she helped to build the culture at SIE and gives our listeners some great advice on how to handle situations and conversations that are not always comfortable to talk about.
