I love observing little kids. Whatever they feel, they FULLY feel. And they will let you know! They're hungry or tired or running full throttle toward the ocean or whatever it is, they're fully in that experience. When did we lose the willingness to do that? I was celebrating love over the weekend and dancing until I was drenched in sweat. It felt amazing to fully surrender to the moment and I am going to consciously cultivate more moments of choice like that.
