Allison is a mama of three, she moved to Panama from the USA with two of her boys, and free birthed her third son when she settled into her life there . Allison is a massage therapist, herbalist and birth keeper. She started her birth path off as a Doula, and found a deeper level of education in traditional midwifery was what was being called for in her community and thus she moved forward with those studies with Whapio and the Matrona. Together we discuss her own personal medicine experiences with Yopo & Ayahuasca, connecting with future children in ceremony and dream states, the potency of addressing our shadow with the assistance of plant medicine ceremonies before becoming parents, placenta encapsulation & healing benefits and so much more.
